We test whether the order of administering quality and affect questionnaires biases reported outcomes in audiovisual QoE studies. Across counterbalanced sequences, presenting affect scales before overall quality yields systematically different ratings compared to the reverse order. The findings underscore the need for standardized, order-aware protocols to ensure comparability of subjective assessments.
