Abstract

This study examines how low-quality video content is processed by the brain using EEG measures. Participants viewed videos of varying quality levels while their neural activity was recorded. Analysis reveals specific EEG patterns associated with perceptual strain and reduced engagement under degraded conditions, suggesting EEG as a valuable tool for objective QoE assessment.
