Using Eye-Tracking and Correlates of Brain Activity to Predict Quality Scores

Abstract

This poster evaluates whether objective measures—eye movements and EEG features—can predict subjective quality ratings of video. Models using fixation patterns and event-related activity explained significant variance in mean opinion scores, outperforming baselines relying on signal metrics alone. Results support multimodal user-centric prediction for QoE assessment.
