We outline requirements and methodological building blocks for an ITU-T recommendation on subjective evaluation of gaming Quality of Experience. Drawing on existing standards and gaming-specific constructs (e.g., flow, presence, responsiveness), we propose test paradigms, task designs, and rating scales suitable for diverse game genres and platforms. The contribution aims to catalyze harmonized procedures for reproducible gaming QoE studies.
