Abstract

We present a multi-faceted framework for assessing WebRTC Quality of Experience by combining subjective ratings with objective indicators from network, media, and interaction layers. Case studies show that integrating conversational metrics and perceptual video measures improves diagnostic power beyond traditional QoS parameters. The work argues for cross-layer instrumentation in real-time communications testing.
