Abstract
We present the design and validation of immersive simulations for leadership training in a CAVE environment. Following a user-centered process with interviews, scenario co-creation, and iterative prototyping, we implemented branching social situations and multimodal feedback. A formative usability study (think-aloud, SUS, presence and workload ratings) indicates high acceptance, strong perceived realism, and clear design guidelines for balancing authenticity with simulator comfort.
