We study how spatial misalignment and temporal delay between shared virtual objects affect collaborative presence and team performance in AR. Increasing offsets degraded coordination quality, trust, and usability ratings. We discuss tolerance bounds for alignment and latency and propose calibration and synchronization strategies for co-located AR.
