A method for feedback delay measurement using a low-cost Arduino microcontroller

This work presents an inexpensive, reproducible setup based on an Arduino microcontroller to measure end-to-end feedback delays in interactive systems. We describe the hardware design, calibration procedure, and measurement accuracy, and validate the approach against reference instruments. The proposed method achieves millisecond resolution at a fraction of the cost, enabling broader adoption in QoE and HCI latency studies.
