Abstract

This poster explores how classic usability attributes (e.g., efficiency, learnability) interact with network- and content-driven QoE factors during web browsing. Empirical evidence suggests that minor usability frictions can amplify perceived quality degradations under constrained networks, whereas clear information scent and responsive layouts mitigate them. We propose a joint measurement approach and discuss implications for cross-layer optimization.
