We release Storytime, a dataset of controlled videotelephony clips with scripted conversational content and systematically varied network and encoding conditions. The corpus is designed for Quality of Experience studies, enabling reproducible analysis of perceived quality, attention, and affect. We describe generation procedures, annotations, and baseline results to facilitate benchmarking.
