ColorTable is an interactive setup that modulates table lighting to study crossmodal effects on flavor perception. In controlled tastings, we vary ambient light hues and intensities during food consumption and collect hedonic and sensory ratings. Results show systematic shifts in perceived sweetness and freshness, highlighting design opportunities for experiential dining and assistive nutrition contexts.
